Simply submit images of your inventory using our consignment form and we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your options. We liquidate estates by the process of an estate auction. Our standard commission is 35% – 50% for estate liquidation & varies based on your inventory and location. When we come to an agreement on terms, we explain our process & schedule your pick up. Our uniformed staff will come with boxes, blankets, wrapping materials, & all equipment needed to transport your items safely to our auction gallery. A consignment contract will be filled out when we pick up your inventory. Our auction takes place every Saturday with a Fine Art & Antique auction 4 times yearly.
